Line Cook at Lucky's Last Chance - Queen Village

Line cooks needed! Over the last ten years, we have become one of the most respected names in the local restaurant community. We have maintained the same goals we set forth from the beginning: serve amazing food and provide an unforgettable spin on the classics you know and love. Our customer first focus is paramount to anything we do, without our loyal customers we wouldn t be where we are today. We take pride in the culture we have created. It is something that is seen and felt everywhere in the restaurant. We need part-time at our Manayunk location, and part-time & full-time at our Queen Village location. All shifts available are in the evening. Our line cook responsibilities include; setting up and stocking stations, preparing food for service, cooking with a deep fryer & flat top grill, following all direction from Kitchen Manager & Leads, stocking and rotating inventory appropriately, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, at the highest quality and in a timely manner, and complying with all DOH safety and sanitary regulations.

Applicants must possess the following:

-Minimum one year experience cooking in a restaurant or culinary school

-Positive attitude

-Willingness to work in fast pace environment

-Pride in punctuality

-Strong sense of urgency

-Willingness to clean with all downtime

-evening and weekend availability

-dependable transportation (shifts run longer than buses & trains)

-ability to get along well with others
