Litigation Associate at Nagler Group

We are working with a Springfield, MA law firm with an urgent need for an Associate Attorney to join their busy Litigation practice! This role will focus on Medical Malpractice and Employment matters and is a great opportunity for those seeking to gain courtroom experience!

In this role, responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting discovery requests, responses and other litigation documents, calendaring for various conferences and court hearings, corresponding with clients, and attending pre-trial conferences, depositions, and trials.

Must have a Massachusetts Bar License in good standing, possess excellent writing skills, organization, and communication. Preferences will be given to those with Litigation experience exceeding 2+ years.
