Litigation Attorney at Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group

Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with growing firm to find a litigation attorney!

Job Details:

• Full-time position
• 2-5 years of legal experience
• Must be licensed to practice law in PA
• Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and mentor program

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on various litigation matters
• Manage all aspects of litigation cases from inception through trial, including discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis 
• Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and opinion letters
• Representing clients in litigation matters in state and federal court
• Research complex civil litigation issues

Education and Experience: 

• Juris Doctorate Degree
• 2 -5 years of litigation experience
• Licensed to Practice law in PA 
• Excellent Writing Skills (Law Review Experience is a plus)
