Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess cases and provide legal advice.
• Develop case strategies and conduct legal research.
• Draft and file legal documents, including motions and briefs.
• Manage the discovery process and conduct depositions.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
• Prepare trial strategies, including evidence and witness preparation.
• Communicate case progress and legal concepts to clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership.
• Strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• 7+ years’ experience in litigation is required
