Job Details
The Houston office of a reputable firm is seeking attorneys (4+ years) for its Civil and Federal litigation (defense) docket. Practice areas include, general civil and federal litigation, general liability disputes, personal injury litigation, trucking/transportation, coverage disputes, federal workers’ compensation, maritime and admiralty law. Candidates should possess the ability to handle an active trial docket by attending hearings, attending depositions, drafting client reports, drafting motions, drafting standard litigation pleadings, and drafting settlement documents. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and focus are required.
