Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, deposition, motions, trials, and appeals in state and federal courts.
- Represent clients in real estate disputes, including boundary disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate contract disputes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential legal risks and develop strategies to manage these risks.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal service
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be an active member in good standing with the state bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably with a focus on real estate disputes.
- Strong legal writing skills and the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes in a favorable manner for our clients.
