Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a lateral litigation attorney to join our clients team. We are looking for experienced business litigation attorneys with a portable book of business who are eager to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our firm!

Key Qualifications:

• Significant Experience: Demonstrated expertise in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and navigating complex litigation matters.
• Outstanding Advocacy Skills: Exceptional written and oral advocacy abilities, with a proven track record in court.
• Bar Admission: Admission to the Oregon State Bar is required; admission to the Washington State Bar is a plus.
• Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel as needed for court appearances, depositions, and client meetings.
• Academic Excellence: Strong academic credentials that reflect a deep understanding of the law.
• Work Ethic: A commitment to hard work, with the drive and determination to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of legal work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

Our client’s office is conveniently located in downtown Portland. This position will initially require in-office work for onboarding and training purposes, with a gradual transition to a hybrid remote schedule offering flexible hours.
