Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a leading AMLAW 200 firm to find a litigation legal assistant in Philadelphia!
Job Details:
Direct Hire Position
This job is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
Role is assisting 4-8 attorneys in the litigation practice group
Duties/Responsibilities:
Working with attorneys to edit and format various legal documents, including memos and briefs Use Microsoft Outlook to manage attorney calendars and manage attorney billing Prep conflict checks, conduct legal research, and manage client matters confidentially and efficiently File documents in state and federal courts Other administrative tasks as needed
Education and Experience:
4 + years of legal experience Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is required Prior electronic filing experience is required Prior knowledge of corporate, real estate, and labor & employment law is preferred
