Job Title: Litigation / Regulatory Paralegal
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid-Telework Schedule)

We provide vital support to our attorneys across six office locations, offering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on case laws, regulations, and legal precedents to strengthen attorneys in legal proceedings.
- Organize and manage legal documents, including filing, indexing, and retrieving case files.
- Work under attorney supervision to prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, offering updates on case progress and assisting in gathering necessary information.
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witness interviews, and managing trial logistics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, contributing to the development of strategies to address regulatory issues.
- Perform administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling, and other activities to streamline attorneys' workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent paralegal certification.
- Previous experience as a litigation or regulatory paralegal preferred.
- Strong research skills and proficiency in legal databases and research tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of litigation and regulatory procedures is a plus.
