Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in complex litigation matters, managing large case files, conducting legal research, and preparing court documents.
- Coordinate discovery processes, including document production, drafting pleadings, and organizing exhibits for trial.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, witnesses, and experts to support case strategy.
- Provide support for case preparation, trial preparation, and post-trial activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 of experience in complex litigation as a paralegal.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and litigation support software.
