We currently have an opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal with an established law firm in the Roseland, New Jersey area (zip code 07068).
Position responsibilities are:
 

• Prepare Litigation Documents and Legal Correspondence
• Prepare documents needed for Depositions 
• Assist with trial preparation
• Review and gather relevant documents for Motions and other Court submissions
• Organize exhibits for Pleadings and other Court submissions
• Draft Interrogatories and Subpoenas
• Prepare and process Electronic Filings 

Position requirements are:

• At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent technical skills including proficiency in MS Office
