About the Job
Prominent national law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with at least 4 years of defense experience ideally in commercial litigation or labor and employment to join their growing office in Century City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to support legal proceedings
- Drafting motions
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Managing trial and deposition preparations
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience; experience in commercial litigation or labor and employment is preferred but not required
- Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant declaration or attestation
- Experience with Relativity, Trial Director and CaseMap or other similar software
- Class action experience is a plus

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Targeted salary range of $85k - $125k annually.
