Overview:
An experienced and highly organized Live-In House Manager is needed to oversee the daily operations of a large estate in Fairfield, CT
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate management, staff supervision, and animal care, and be comfortable driving the principal when required
This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to ensure the smooth running of the household.

Responsibilities:
- Property Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and care of the entire property, including landscaping, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
- Ensure that the estate is kept in pristine condition, managing both indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Staff Supervision:
- Manage and supervise household staff, including cleaners, gardeners, and any other service providers.
- Coordinate staff schedules, manage payroll, and ensure high standards of service are maintained.
- Pet Care:
- Provide daily care for family pets, including feeding, grooming, and ensuring their overall well-being.
- Pick up after the dogs and maintain clean and safe environments for the pets.
- Assist with pet grooming as needed.
- Driving Duties:
- Drive the principal to appointments, events, and other locations as required.
- Ensure the vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good working order.
- Additional Duties:
- Manage household inventories and supplies, including groceries, cleaning supplies, and other necessities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for necessary work on the property.
- Handle any special requests or tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the household.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role in a private household or estate.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with pet care, particularly with dogs and cats.
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid US work authorization
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
