Job Title : Loan Servicing Representative 

Location : Irving,TX,75039

Duation : 12 months Contract (Possibility of further extensions)

Job Description : 

Day to day Responsibilities:

• Researching invoices to ensure they have been cleared or if payments have been sent out


• Processing refunds


• Performing invoice mapping and charge backs


• Processing returns checks and unidentified payments


• Covering shared services mailboxes

Education Qualification:

• 6+ months of Loan Servicing support experience

Must Haves: 

• Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience


• Experience with Account reconciliation (e.g., researching invoices have been cleared, checking if payments have been sent out, processing refunds, performing invoice charge backs)


• Intermediate skills in Excel (pivot tables & VlookUps)


• Outlook – ability to assist with covering shared mailbox
