One of Hudson Valley's Premiere Medical Groups is seeking an experienced LPN to work within their Internal Medicine Department in the Hopewell Junction, NY location. This is a full time, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm role with no weekends.   

Job Function:

• Day Shift
• Mon-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
• Providing nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices
• Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care
• Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures and participates in patient teaching
• Administering medication as needed
• Administering vaccines

Job Requirements:

• LPN License
• 1+ years of experience
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Ability to administer vaccines
