**Guaranteed Hours:**

**License:** Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the MN Board of Nursing
**Certifications:** ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required upon hire
**Must-Have:** Current credentials and ability to complete a fingerprint/DHS background study
**Job Description:**
- Start date on 01/28/2025, with two days of paid orientation required.
- Full-time coverage preferred, with a minimum of two weeks per month required.
- 12-hour beeper call available on some Saturdays, but not mandatory.
- Interested candidates may choose occasional overnight shifts during weeknights and/or weekends, though not required.
- Shift details include options for 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts.
- Work schedule options include 6:30-3:00 pm, 6:30-5:00 pm, 6:30-7:00 pm, or 6:30-8:00 pm.
- Support staff operates on a care team model with a 4:1 ratio, and 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department is available to turn over rooms and bring supplies.
- Patient population includes ages 12 and up in a tertiary facility setting.
- EMR system used is Epic, with specialized care procedures in practice.
- Facility is a Level III facility.
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60-90 days.
- No COVID-19 vaccine requirement; Flu vaccine status unknown.
