Requirements UCHealth Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Center is looking for an FNP/PA Primary Care to fill their Locums need!Schedule:Hospital Hours: 24/7Work schedule: 8a-4:30pNumber of shifts: 8-12 per monthLunch schedule: 30 minutesDates of coverage: Every Saturday and every other Friday in addition to any vacation requestsIdeal Candidate: Experience completing medical history and physicals and treatment of medical diagnosisPatient Population: Adult 18: Hospital 80Geriatrics: Hospital 5Pediatrics: Hospital 15Practice Setting Required:Inpatient OnlyAreas of Rounding: Inpatient UnitsPractice Profile:Hospital-based PracticeNumber of Physicians in practice amp their specialties: Psychiatrists - 3 Supervising FMC provider - 1Support Staff: 7 LPN amp BHT 5Other physicians present during locum tenens coverage: YESIs the locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: NO Physicians that are present are Psychiatrists not medical providersLab Onsite: NONumber of exam rooms: 2X-ray Onsite: No. It's at Poudre Valley HospitalRequired Procedures:Adult inpatientGeriatricsAdolescent 13?18 yearsGeneral inpatientCaseload:Inpatient: up to 41Number of Beds: 41Admissions: up to 12Charting Requirements: EMR EPICOrientation Process: Meet with Team Lead for shadowing and EPIC set upTravel Requirements:Mileage - IRS Standard Rate.
Schedule Days, 8a to 4:30p 8-12 shifts per month with 30 min lunch
