• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Call, 7 on / 7 off, 24-hour shifts
• 10+ patients per day, 4 procedures per day
• General GI - colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, lower endoscopy, PEG tubes
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
