• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• NRP and PALS required
• 1 - 4 cases in nursery level I, 0 - 1 cases in nursery level II, 0 - 2 cases per day in peds floor
• Inpatient pediatrics, nursery level I, nursery level II, deliveries
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
