• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Days, Nights
• ATLS and ACLS required & Acute Care NP or Adult & Gerontology Acute Care NP certification required
• 36 bed SICU/TICU combined & split between 2 providers
• Level 1 trauma (100% non-surgical) & must be experienced with placing wires and chest tubes
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
