JOB SUMMARY:
Register and coordinate projects performed for Hilldrup’s commercial storage clients. Monitor incoming and outgoing client product and maintain proper receiving and delivery reports. Responsible for assuring each customer is highly satisfied with our warehousing services. Directly interface with our clients via telephone and email.
Frequent contact with account personnel and client representatives, Hilldrup operations staff, warehousing staff and salespersons to coordinate moves and serve as a resource/contact for the customer. You will be the “face of Hilldrup” to the clients we serve.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive orders from account representatives and potential prospects (via phone or e-mail);
- Update registrations for changes after the initial registration;
- Monitor paperwork for incoming and outgoing customer goods;
- Arrange services with operations for customer local deliveries;
- Monitor schedule for deliveries and communicate with client as needed;
- Prepare reports and correspondence as required by assigned accounts, inclusive of web-based data input;
- Monitor all paperwork closely for accurate details;
- Identify exceptions or problems as they arise (be pro-active); act with initiative to anticipate and resolve problems, communicate with customer, management and service providers to identify solutions to issues;
- Cross-train with others within the office;
- Gather pertinent details and paperwork for each commercial project so it can be accurately invoiced to the account/client;
- Enter invoicing data into computer system so a bill can be generated;
- Apply expenses accurately against the job to assure we account for all activity. You will be intimately familiar with each job and have the ability to assure proper documentation of pertinent revenues and expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Required Experience: 1-2 years customer service experience required.
- License/Certification: None required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary Work Location: Works in an office environment.
Physical Demands: Work is performed in a typical, comfortable interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements; individual has discretion in relation to walking, standing etc., and has minimal exposure to physical risks.
