The Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for one or more customers’ logistics needs and processing orders (shipping and receiving). They will also be responsible for general office duties and communicating effectively with customers, office staff and floor staff.

Duties:
- Process shipping and receiving orders
- Maintain communication with customers (email and phone)
- Communicate with warehouse floor associates
- Maintain accurate inventory in 3PL system
- Schedule shipping and receiving trucks
- Answer phones (internal and external)
- Process drivers and paperwork at reception window
- Filing
Skills:
- WMS experience (not required, but preferred)
- Multitasking
- Working independently
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
- Note-taking skills
- Professionalism
