Responsibilities of the Logistics/Customer Service Specialist
- Provide high quality customer service
- Dispatch, track, and follow up on service calls
- Maintain accurate information and compliance
- Work efficiently with other internal departments
Requirements of the Logistics/Customer Service Specialist
- 2+ years of recent Logistics, Dispatch, or Account Management experience in transportation
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations
- Positive attitude while working under pressure
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
