Job Title: Logistics Payment Specialist
Job Description
This role is a temporary position to cover an employee on leave. The Logistics Payment Specialist will be responsible for reviewing freight invoices for accuracy, processing invoices using internal systems, and reconciling freight invoices. This role requires less finance knowledge and more of an understanding of transportation. Success in this role will be determined by the ability to problem solve and quickly grasp concepts. There is extensive training documentation available, so the ability to learn quickly is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Review freight invoices for accuracy.
+ Process invoices using internal systems such as OTM, SAP, and CAS.
+ Reconcile freight invoices.
+ Utilize internal trailer tracking systems.
+ Problem solve and grasp new concepts quickly.
Essential Skills
+ Logistics experience
+ Logistics support
+ Freight invoice management
+ Logistics analysis
+ SAP proficiency
+ Transportation experience
+ Ability to problem solve quickly
+ Experience reviewing training documentation
+ 3 years of relevant experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with OTM and CAS systems
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently
Work Environment
The work environment will involve using various technologies and equipment, including OTM, SAP, and CAS systems. The role requires a focus on accuracy and problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Extensive training documentation will be provided to help you get up to speed quickly.
