Logistics Sales Development Intern at TMC Transportation

As a participant in our Sales Development Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that lives these values in their daily work practices.

During this 12-week program you will enjoy:

• PAID real life experience
• 1:1 mentorship
• Weekly intern-specific enrichment opportunities including Field Trips.
• Hands-on experience in Sales, Transportation, and Logistics

Day-to-day you will be working on:

• Researching new leads, uncovering new opportunities, and working with prospective customers to utilize TMC's world class logistics offerings.
• Leveraging outbound sales prospects thru outreach via phone and email communications.
• Collaborating with our internal teams to craft and propose best in class brokerage solutions.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals guided by a strong mentorship program
• Using Salesforce and other sales tools, building prospect lists, and sharing results with the sales and leadership teams.
• Learn in-depth knowledge of TMC'S platform, industry trends, and competition.

Qualifications you NEED:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation as this is an ON-SITE position (no remote work currently available)
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status

Credentials to help you STAND OUT:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, or in a related field.
• Prior work experience in Sales, Leadership, or Customer Service.
• Graduation year is December 2024 - May 2025
