BOOKKEEPER – Construction Company

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for accuracy? We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping, a keen eye for financial details, and a dedication to maintaining precise records, we invite you to explore this opportunity with us.

Key Duties:

• Manage credit card accounts and reconcile associated transactions.
• Handle payroll processing for both salary and hourly employees.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Reconcile bank statements, and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for review by senior management.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience with a construction company
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
