Luxury Apartments - Class A Maintenance Technician (32937) at Activ8

A multi-unit housing facility in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced and personable Maintenance Technician who will work closely under a Maintenance Manager.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Complete all repairs and improvements before tenant move-in
• Inspect vacated units, complete checklists, and report to office staff
• Handle trash removal, caulking, sheetrock, painting, plumbing, HVAC checks, tile repair/installation
• Install appliances, light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, screens, and doors
• Perform final cleaning
• Maintain grounds, Tenant Lounge, and common areas
• Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Be on call in case of emergency

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Apartment (Class A) or multi-family maintenance experience
• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• HVAC residential maintenance: 1 year (Required)
