Job Details
- Deliver individualized lymphedema therapy in line with state and facility guidelines
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to tech aides
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans
- Document treatments and progress using electronic medical charting
- Engage in department education sessions and mentorship opportunities
- Participate in program development to enhance patient care offerings
Skills You Need
- Degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program
- Current or eligible license to practice in Connecticut
- Experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
