Summary You will serve as a Management Support Specialist in the Security Department (SPB50) of Strategic Weapons Pacific (SPB) of STRATEGIC WEAPONS FACILITY PACIFIC. Responsibilities You will provide document control, DTS travel coordination, and training administrative management for the department. You will review local and external administrative policies and procedures for updates. You will collect, review and evaluate data to clarify suspect results or prepare programmatic reports. You will Prepare budget estimates and justifications for the department. You will collect data to prepare fund justification, or reprogram funds in accordance with financial priorities. You will brief management and employees on policy and procedure changes. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative support for Physical, Information, Personnel, and Industrial Security programs at a military facility For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level, (GS-07), or equivalent NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing process analysis and administrative support for Physical, Information, Personnel, and Industrial Security programs at a military facility. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Education To qualify for GS-07 based on substitution of education: 1 full year of graduate level education or a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement is required. To qualify for GS-09 based on substitution of education: A master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related to position is required. Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
