You will serve in an important role to reimagine and elevate our digital engagement approach as you expand the digital engagement pathways that unite our global alumni community. Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, digital engagement, social media management or related field. (Required) Experience in setting and monitoring strategic goals and key performance indicators. (Required) Experience with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign or other digital asset creation tools. Ability to design templates and resources for others to utilize. (Required) Experience working in an educational and/or non-profit, community-oriented environment is highly desirable. (Preferred) Subject matter expertise in digital engagement, social media, user experience or related with a strong strategic outlook. (Required)Familiar with and ability to leverage technology, social platforms, current and future trends. (Required)Well-developed interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively and tactfully with a wide level and variety of internal and external constituents. (Required)Ability to work as part of a team toward a common goal; strong interpersonal to build and maintain cooperative working relationships with other staff members, students, volunteers and administrators. (Required)Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong ability to speak clearly and distinctly, use grammatically correct language to obtain and convey information accurately and precisely. (Required)Detail oriented with demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments; strong project/time management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously, provide proficient follow-up; make effective timely decisions, meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. (Required)Skill and creativity in using existing and new resources to gather information needed to complete projects. (Required)Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Outlook and other software programs on a networked computer system. Ability to learn new applications/ technologies in a prompt and efficient manner. (Required)Ability to effectively manage student workers and volunteers, including training, delegation follow-up and evaluation.
