The MDS Coodinator must have a current Illinois RN or LPN license and broad general knowledge of geriatric long term, multi-disciplinary team functioning, nursing, communication and management.

The MDS Coordinator is responsible for meeting OBRA compliance requirements for completion. Completing all nursng related CAA modules. Exhibiting general knowledge of individual residents' status. Will assist in assurance of completing of quarterly resident assessments at time of Care Conference in complaince with JCAHo Standards.
