Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and support staff.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors as the primary project contact.
Oversee all MEP project phases-preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout-ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, and schedules.
Manage budgets, financial reports, and change orders to ensure financial control.
Implement QA/QC and enforce safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Use advanced project management tools to drive performance and efficiency.
Coordinate field operations to align with design specifications and project requirements.
Participate in risk management, including contract negotiations and pricing.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field with 4-10 years of MEP experience in construction project management.
Strong expertise in cost management, scheduling, estimating and project management.
Proficiency in reading an interpreting contracts, drawings, and project schedules.
Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
Skilled in MS Office, Procore and industry tech such as BIM

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.
