Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various materials while adhering to safety standards.
• Set up welding equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds.
• Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG welder with a strong understanding of welding setups.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work the 2nd shift and adapt to changing production needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
