This is an evaluation to a full-time hire position!
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in achieving high-quality and maximum strength welds with a wide range of metal sizes, with minimal distortion.
- Capability to read blueprints and weld symbols (able to pass a Weld Exam).
- Experience welding 052-055 wire
- Strong math skills.
- Knowledge of jib and overhead cranes.
- Ability to fit from blueprint with or without fixtures.
- Proficient in planning all welding jobs from start to finish, using a wide range of metal sizes.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Capability to work across multiple product lines (six different product lines).
- Must be able to wear steel-toed boots and metatarsal guards.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical, background check, drug screen, and respirator exam.
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm
