Position: Machine Operator Location: (Device Plant) 11287 Kiley Drive, Huntley, IL 60142 Wage: $23.40 plus $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift position Shift: 1st - 7 am – 3 pm and 2nd Shift: 3 pm – 11 pm *Overtime may be required. While reporting to the shift supervisor, as a Machine Operator, with general supervision, sets-up the proper tooling needed in the thermoforming machines and operates the machines per job specifications. What You’ll Be Doing: Sets up thermoforming machines for operation Mounts dies, molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine. Engages machine to produce parts and maintains continuous operation. Performs troubleshooting and quality control checks. Performs routine maintenance on machines. Works with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed. Directs Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas when machine is down for troubleshooting or set up. Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area. Performs other work duties or functions as assigned. We’d love to hear from you if: Have at least 6 months of set up operator experience and 1 year of production experience. Experience with Thermoformers and hand-held tools. You are can complete physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, reading, writing and talking. You can Lift up to 50 pounds. Have Good written and verbal communication skills Have Good manual dexterity and agility. Have Good leadership skills.
