Summary of the Machine Operator position:

• Shift: All shifts
• Hours: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 3 PM or 7 AM - 3 PM (weekends when required), 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3 PM - 1 AM & Friday 8-hour shifts or Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM (weekends when required) and 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM - 7 AM or Sunday - Friday, 11 PM - 7 AM (weekends when required)
• Pay: 1st $21.11/hour and 2nd & 3rd $22.11/hour

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Operate, set up, and adjust production equipment for air filtration product manufacturing
• Assist with debugging equipment and tooling
• Monitor equipment and notify supervision of malfunctions
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet air filtration specifications
• Service equipment (e.g., adding grease, lubricant, and coolant)
• Approve inspection reports and complete necessary paperwork
• Train new employees in the position or area
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Adhere to safety rules and report unsafe conditions immediately
• Ensure the quality and safety of your work and compliance with company policies

Requirements for the Machine Operator position:

• Minimum 8th grade education
• High school diploma with approximately six months of work experience preferred
• Excellent attendance and work performance
