Manual Lathe Pay  :  $25-30/hour  (Coon Rapids, MN)

Manual Lathe Shift:  7am-3:30pm M-F (some flexibility here)   

Manual Lathe Job Overview:  The Manual Lathe Operator will operate this machine to turn metal

Manual Lathe Key Requirements:

• 2 years minimum Manual Lathe machine operating experience
• Strong math, blueprint reading and inspection skills 
• Enjoy small company, job shop environment with most production runs less than 50 parts
• Looking for long term employment at 1 company and 1st shift M-F
• Able to stand for most of your shift, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds 

Machine Operator

Manual Lathe Key Responsibilities:

• Reading blueprints or schematics, calculating dimensions, inspecting the workstation, and preparing cutting tools
• Setting up the machine and loading materials into it
• Ensuring tool settings are within tolerances, adjusting controls for variations, and starting the crafting process
• Inspecting finished products and detecting malfunctions
• Maintaining specifications, replacing worn tools, and cleaning debris from the machine
