Machine Operator / Production Technician - Spherion

Join our team as a Production Technician specializing in plastic molding for laboratory equipment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, producing essential plastic pieces such as test tubes, beakers, pipette tips, and other laboratory products. Your primary responsibility will be operating and overseeing machines involved in the molding and manufacturing processes.

This is a long term role.

Responsibilities:
- Operate molding machines to produce plastic laboratory equipment according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Time Management - Efficiently managing production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Basic Math and Measurement Skills - Proficiency in taking measurements and performing basic calculations related to production
- Computer Literacy - Ability to work with digital production tracking or machine interfaces
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

High School Diploma, GED or higher is required to apply
