Adecco is assisting a customer in Southington who is searching for a Machine Operator, 1st shift. The hours are Mon-Fri 6:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. (weekend OT as needed) The rate of pay is $20.00 per hour. If your skills match the job duties below, please apply now!
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience; manufacturing background preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Perform start up and ongoing equipment and product inspections as required per applicable documentation.
• Segregate and disposition product based on equipment and product inspections.
• Perform manual assembly and product rework tasks as required.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformances relating to product and processes. Write nonconformances and holds when required.
• Scan product into MRP system; perform testing using computer; create traceability labels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and business practices, including FDA regulations, GMP and ISO requirements.
Work Environment
• Work environment can range from clean room and proper gowning requirements to a production area that is open, potentially noisy and with moving equipment.
• Recurring physical demands include standing, walking, stooping, crouching, climbing, bilateral motion involving hands, wrists and upper body.
• Concentrated visual attention to perform checks on products and components.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
