- Ability to use hand tools, screwdrivers, Phillips heads, pliers, etc.
- The desire for a mechanical/industrial/factory career path.
- Ability to pass/drug screening/background check

- No prior factory/manufacturing experience is needed.
- Able to work in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Work on high-speed industrial equipment.
- Safety minded, responsible, punctual on time, workability, and ethics.
