Wieland is hiring a Fin Tube Machine Operator. You will be responsible for the setup, production and inspection of all work orders assigned. This role is primarily responsible for setting up and operating Fin Tube machining centers. Assigned tasks may also include operation of the Overhead crane. Strong focus on quality and troubleshooting poor performing set-ups. Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines.
Reports to Shift Supervisor.
Starting Pay: $19.00 + Shift Differential
Schedule: 3rd shift

Follow all safety procedures
Good written and “people” communication skills
Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance to 5S protocol
Report all incidents to supervisor (spills, accidents, poor performance, ect)
Suggest job related improvements and cost-saving ideas
Perform related duties as assigned or the situation dictates
Able to perform set-ups and quality trouble shooting as needed
Recognized as a strong contributor within the organization
Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma (preferred)
CNC machining experience (a plus)
Basic math and reading skills

Involves periods of, standing, walking, and negotiating stairs, ladders, elevated
catwalks and platforms in hot or cold production environment on slippery surfaces for
the purpose of directing operations and evaluating situations.
Personal Protective Equipment (e.g., safety glasses, safety shoes, hard hat, ear
plugs, etc.)
Occasionally lift up to 50lbs Maximum.
