Machinist - Cenergy International

Roles and Responsibilities:

Produce machine parts and be able to perform CNC thread machine set-ups, start up, perform routine maintenance, operate safely all thread machine equipment, and perform parts inspections for entire Premium Thread product line.



- Proper loading and alignment of parts.



- CNC machine operation.



- Tool offsetting.



- Read and understand machining programs.



- Use PC and run evaluation programs.



- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe, shop and production area.



- Product specifications and understand the tolerances, surface finishes, and grinding required for a part. Per (XL-215)



- Paperwork and procedures.



- Debur threads and Seal area.



- Phosphating / PH levels.



- Willingness to Mentor other (I) Operators.



- Proper use of micrometers and probe.



- Responsible for prompt reliable attendance.



- Other duties as defined by Production Manager.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

***EDUCATION: MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED***



***JOB TITLE: CNC MACHINIST***



SCHEDULE: ROTATING SHIFTS - 6am - 6pm rotational - 6pm - 6am

Some overtime is required along with more optional



SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: $2 PER HOUR



MANAGER'S MOST IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET BELOW: (ENSURE THIS IS PROPERLY DETAILED IN YOUR CANDIDATE RESUMES)

Must have horizontal lathe experience

Experience with measuring tools

Experience with dial calipers and indicators

Knowledge of Fanuc controls is a plus.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $21.00-23.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
