Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in COBOL development on mainframe systems.
- Strong experience with DB2 database development and management.
- Solid experience with JCL, VSAM, and other mainframe utilities.
- Experience with production support and handling incidents, root cause analysis, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing COBOL programs for performance.
- Knowledge of batch scheduling tools such as CA7 or Tivoli.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the investment management domain, including understanding of financial instruments, portfolio management, and trading systems.
