Maintenance Account Manager - Tidewater Landscape Management

• Manages and schedules labor, equipment, and material to accomplish production schedules.
• Understand contract specifications and ensures they are met and maintain customers' complete satisfaction. 
• Hiring, training, and development of personnel along with performance evaluations.
• Visit job sites regularly, observe the organization of work, identify and resolve training issues, and take necessary actions to ensure quality.
• Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Investigates any accident or safety violation, prepares appropriate reports, takes action steps to correct and prevent future occurrences. 
• Coordinate between divisions to maximize and leverage company-wide personnel, equipment and other resources.

• At least 5 years of experience in the commercial landscape industry, 2 of which should be in management-level positions.

• A high-integrity leader with strong interpersonal skills who can develop and motivate a team. 
• Ability to effectively present information and answer questions before employees, managers, and customers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, and drug screen. and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
