Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, painting, and landscaping.
• Assist with the inspection and maintenance of equipment and systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.
