Description:

Perform a variety of grounds keeping, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties for all Health Center locations. Assist Maintenance Mechanics on projects and other requests which would require assistance. Remain On Call for emergencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to work independently on small scale work orders, inspections or requests. 

QUALIFICATIONS:           

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Grounds keeping

General Maintenance and upkeep of entranceways, parking lots, wells, and the neighborhood surrounding the property, including, but not limited to: trash removal, sweeping, property repairs, landscaping, graffiti removal, snow removal, ice melt, and any other tasks which fall under these categories.
