SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

1 plus years of experience in a maintenance role preferred

Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial

service. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules.

Ability to follow instructions.

Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds and solutions.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, Outlook, Internet knowledge, ability to use maintenance

ticketing software

Other Requirements:

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Must be able to meet agency driver safety requirement of carrying personal vehicle insurance with the following limits:

$50,000 bodily injury, each person

$100,000 bodily injury, each accident

$50,000 property damage

Ability to use Phone, Fax, Copier, and file required.
