Job Title: Maintenance Director

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations for vehicles, equipment, and hydraulic systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage a team of technicians, providing training and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor budget and control maintenance costs effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle, equipment, and hydraulic maintenance.
• At least 3 years in a Maintenance Director or Manager role in a transit environment with over 250 vehicles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in maintenance management software.
