Maintenance Engineer/Plant Manager (Food/Beverage Manufacturing)
Location: San Marcos, CA 92069
Hours: Monday - Friday - ONSITE
Pay: $110,000 - $140,000 DOE
Direct Hire

An industry leading beverage manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The current maintenance engineer will be retiring next summer, and they want to ensure ample time for training. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability.
·Facility and property upkeep, repairs, preventative maintenance, stormwater requirements and work projects
·Coordinate with vendors, request RFP's, manage work orders and budgets.
·Supervise all administrative and operational functions relating to plant maintenance, repairs and inspection of machines.
·Maintain a routine inspection and maintenance schedule for all fluid products processing machines, belt, and chain driven systems, refrigeration units and related plant equipment.
·Maintain business records directly applicable to the administrative and operational needs of the facility and plant.
·Maintain blueprints of facilities, utility layouts and technical manuals for machinery and refrigeration systems as necessary for operational use.
·Manage, lead and mentor employees in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
·Oversee the fabrication and manufacturing of equipment for production needs and ensure such fabrication and manufacturing is in accordance with the applicable safety regulations; product and process piping, sanitary equipment
