Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Lubrication Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our advanced lubrication systems across various settings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers. - Install, service, and maintain lubrication systems at customer locations.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot system malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment, documenting and reporting findings.
- Provide training and technical support to customers on lubrication system operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date service records and documentation of work completed.
- Travel to customer sites across Indiana, the Midwest, and occasionally nationwide to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance, lubrication, or a similar technical role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including hot, cold, or loud conditions, and capable of lifting 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and working at heights.
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment; experience with man lifts (training provided if necessary).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- TWIC card preferred, or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings required for working in specific facilities.
- Technical certification or associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.

- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Work Location:
Primarily based in Valparaiso, Indiana, with frequent travel to customer facilities across the region and nationwide for installations and repairs.
